Each product includes a warranty clearly stated in its description — covering two full years from the date of purchase.
The warranty provides two years of maintenance and replacement in case of a manufacturing defect.
If the product is distributed by a known supplier or authorized dealer with a branch in the customer’s city,
maintenance will be handled directly by the dealer, and our team will assist in coordinating with them.
If the dealer does not have a branch in the customer’s city,
the product under warranty must be delivered by the customer to our branch in Riyadh for service.
